Discounted Tickets

Would you like to purchase discounted 1-day tickets (regular price $12) to be able to sell or giveaway, up to 100 tickets? At the BOREX booth, we sell discounted tickets to our vendors, at the event. If you'd like to be able to have those tickets ahead of time, indicate below. They will be delivered to the registration address, unless otherwise specified via email, [email protected]

A $200 Non-Refundable deposit will be deducted from payment if a refund is necessary, up to Jan 1st.
A 50% refund will be given, until February 1st.
No refunds will be given after February 1st.
In some situations, partial funds may be rolled to the next year.

NO SHOW Not showing up for move in on Thursday without pre-arranging a Friday check-in will forfeit your payment and your booth will be sold to another vendor. Empty booth space does not promote attendee retention.

Insurance - Vendor is required to have event insurance with BOREX listed as additionally insured. Most times this is easily acquired from your business insurance agent.

Carpet Needs - The Decorator will contact all vendors prior to the event to assess your needs. Must be ordered one week prior to event Move In Date.
- No open flame or spark, except where permit has been issued.
- Vehicles must have less than 5 gallons or 1/4 tank of fuel, whichever is less.
- Vehicles will not be allowed to move in/out during event hours, please plan accordingly.
- If stickers are found stuck on the premises the vendor will be charged a $150 cleanup fee per sticker. Vinyl window stickers are fine.
- Parking of empty trailers are allowed in the Expo Idaho visitor parking lot during move in. Vendor trailers
should use the farthest East parking lot during the show.
- Displays must be safe and follow the Expo Idaho's Safety Rules.
